College?

"What do global positioning systems and gene splicing, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest and
The Grapes of Wrath, the football huddle and the T-formation, Yahoo! and Google have in common? All bear the mark of a Stanford individual."
--from the Stanford viewbook
And, Stanford, i've been to. I've lived in there for most of my life, i know the places, the culture. Plus, the Bay Area is the place to be for a geek. Apple, Google, whatnot. and it'll be a home coming of sorts...

But then there are the hacks, the IAP, and, especially, the UROP at MIT. Besides, whenever you watch a movie, the genius with a triple Ph.D. who saves the world--he's from MIT. Mit is the hottest place for any degree at all in science, not to mention the fact that they accept a lot of "pointy" people. The culture is pretty cool; it seems like I could fit in there. And it snows in boston....

Then there's CalTech. If you can survive a month there, you can survive anywhere...

And the rest of HYPSM. And UC-Berkeley--where all the smart asian nerds go.

Last, but not least, there's IIT. Only reason it's good is the sheer amount of competition. I mean, dang! only 4,200 people accepted? that's about a 2% admission rate! and that hanging on one single test. unheard of. purely la creme de la creme go there. but once you get in....iono. not my kinda place, really. i wanna go home....
